I have to say that the customer service in that store was absolutely fantastic. I went in with a what was, in my mind, a Christmas emergency. My boy's new bike wasn't quite right.. Not only did the team at Evans diagnose issues I wasn't aware of, they sorted all problems, and made the new bike safe and ready to ride, at no extra cost. They did it all with a friendly smile and seemed happy to help.. Honestly brilliant team, I'll be going again to get accessories and I look forward to seeing my boy on his new bike thanks to these wonderful people. Thank you

Awesome service & tons of help when buying some new bikes! Sales Assistant Tom was incredibly helpful when it came to me and my boyfriend finding new bikes. Very knowledgeable, honest about models, and accommodating when it came to explaining payment options. I highly recommend coming here to learn more about bikes in general, or to get honest and valuable opinions when it comes to bagging yourself some new wheels!
