This is a lovely little independent fabric and haberdashery shop. The owner Jean keeps a reasonable selection of fabrics in and is very knowledgeable and helpful, giving advice or suggestions if you need help with a project. Little shops like this are real gems and in these uncertain times, we need to use them or they will disappear.

I found this little gem by accident and jean works wounders to make it a happy place to go. There is a large choice of fabrics and bits and bobs. The sewing groups are a great place to meet other hobbyists and make friends I only started going six months ago and can't miss it as it's helped me with my depression only said today it should be on the national health. The work shops that jean does are well organised and help with progression with your hobby. And the tea and cakes at half time are homemade by jeans mum, jeans daughters are there regularly on hand and make you feel welcome and have become friends with lots of members
