Another 5 star review for an exceptional service. Right from first contact, the receptionist (Emily?) was most welcoming and friendly. Conor was calm and professional. He explained clearly what he would do, and how it might feel. He updated me with progress during the procedure, and told me the likely prognosis. His fee was very reasonable, and I did not begrudge a penny of it for such outstanding service. It was well worth the long drive from Durham. I hope I don't need their services again, but if I do, I certainly won't hesitate to return.

Incredible service, would highly recommend! Suffered with a large blockage in my right ear for almost a month before I decided to get an appointment with Durham Hearing Specialists. Conor was patient and kind and removed what he could from my ear before making me a follow-up appointment and providing me with some home treatment procedures to make the blockage easier to get rid of. I ended up needing 2 follow-up appointments to finally clear my ear, but Conor was kind enough to offer me as many follow-up appointments as I needed to completely fix my ear blockage. At each one I received professional service and a kind manner, will definitely be returning in a few years when my ear inevitably blocks up again.
