Disgusting attitude from staff. One staff member told me to use the self service till and one staff member ran over shouting WILL YOU GET AWAY FROM THERE I AM BUSY SERVING A CUSTOMER. in front of other customers which I find disgusting and demeaning.

Staff was friendly and the place was nicely layout was good. Easy to find what I was looking for and as the photo attached shows a set of bowls for my kid lol. The staff was friendly and I would definitely revisit this location.

Closing is 4pm on a Sunday and not 4.30pm as stated online! Couldn’t pick up my amazon parcel as a consequence. Otherwise a great store with a really nice homeware section! :)

I just love the unique clothing and home ware from Matalan, there is always something out of the ordinary yet lovely. Nice big store with plenty of staff on hand if needed and they are always super friendly and helpful.
