Bought an X Rocker Gaming chair. Did not work. Brought it back in on boxing day as it was a Christmas present. Waited while they checked the chair to confirm it was not working. Tried another one in store, also did not work. Trying a second, but told if this doesn't work I will have to have a refund or take one without checking. Manager has a terrible attitude
Crazy paranoid about accepting cash. They think that every 20 note must be a forgery. My notes weren't accepted at Smyths but the police, bank and post office had no issues.
If your looking for good quality customer service and an enjoyable shopping experience. This is not the store for you. Depressing ignorant and professionally lacking staff. Staff standing around in groups talking amongst themselves doing their level best to ignore the customers. Very poor store. Toys are awesome though!!
