This toilet looks great when fitted, the flush system is amazing. The only downside is fitting the toilet as you cannot see the inside very well when fitting. It took accessible to fit properly due this. Now it's fitted properly I love it. The fitting is why I only have four stars. Otherwise it would have been 5 Stars

Love love love! I don’t know how easy it was to install as the guys fitting my bathroom put it up but they said it fine! Can change colors from cool to warm. I would defo recommend!

I was a bit put off by bad reviews of Durovin on the internet but took a chance because the design was so nice. I ordered the 600 x 380 sink with tap hole and it arrived very quickly. It was everything I had hoped it would be, a well finished product with the design of something much more expensive, I am very happy with my purchase. You will need to buy a drain and trap but in my experience this is normal and they are very cheap.

This is the worst company ever. I bought a toilet from them through Amazon. It arrived broken, so I sent them an email and photos. They replied to say that it wasn't broken, 'just an unglazed area'. I sent them a further email with better quality photos and photos of the chipped off ceramic. They acknowledged it was broken, and replied as follows: Hi, We can confirm that the toilet can still be used. We would be willing to issue a partial refund to compensate for the damage. Please advise how you wish to proceed. Regards, John I replied to say I wasn't happy to install a damaged toilet at all, and wanted a refund or a replacement. This was their response: Good Afternoon, If you would like a replacement toilet pan, please dispose or smash the toilet and send us some some images as proof. Once, we receive these images we can send a replacement toilet pan only (Please keep the toilet seat that you currently have). Regards, John I am not joking, that was their email to me. Hilarious, I'm sure you agree. Seriously, check the state of the reviews for this company. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere. Needless to say Amazon are investigating.

Very slim seat in height, but for my very small toilet one of the only options. Fits perfectly and easy to install, I even was able to use the old screws from the previous seat. I love the soft close which may be a bit too soft in closing but prefer that to dropping like a stone which is super annoying. The seat sits stable when you tighten the screws and I have no problem with wobbling around as some other seats happen to do. The seat feels OK to sit on but let's agree that toilet seats are no sofa chairs. There may be thicker seats and heavier ones out there but it does the job for me. Easy to clean which is a plus because of the quick release on the seat!
