This firm puts themselves forward as efficient and caring however my experience overall with them after dealing with both my parents' estates is that whilst individuals are pleasant and apparently proactive the reality is that they are inclined in my opinion to tell you they are going to do something then either completely fail to deliver or take an excessive time to do so. One should note that in the case of the second estate they handled their fees were in the end in excess of double the originally anticipated amount. A simple thing like an international transfer was completely mishandled in the first instance and in the second apparently took over a week when in this day and age we achieve these things in minutes, a poor reflection on the support staff. At best a well meaning but quite expensive small town firm that needs to move into the 2020's sooner rather than later. Client follow up is below par in terms of achievement whilst they are quite responsive which of course generates fees. This review was written taking the Covid situation into account.

OMG, Just had an amazing conversation with Brenda from the Dursley office, who actually is not my solicitor, but gave me so much information, advice and resourses in a 20 minute conversation, (which has taken my own solicitor over 4 months via email only!). Wish I had chosen Brenda in the first place. Sometimes a conversation is all it takes, I really don't like this remote communication. Definitely recommend. Brenda has made my day so much less stressful! Thank you
