Drove from Hackney to Southall to see the product IRL & met Avi & team, was quite a long round trip but worth it to feel reassured that we were choosing the right options. Replaced our uPVC sash windows with aluminium casement, the installation took two days & you can see from the before and after how much more light comes in (thinner frames & no decoration). We're really happy with our windows, the aluminium is such an improvement, totally air tight & it was easy to communicate with Avi over WhatsApp.

A really terrible experience. Products are mis-sold, service is sloppy and unreliable. The company routinely ignore emails – communication is unprofessional and the service untrustworthy. Don't bother, I'm sure you can find better products, and proper professional service elsewhere.
