Very welcoming, helpful, honest staff. My daughter wasn't sure on which dress but had a colour in mind! The colour of dress completely changed once dresses were tried on. She was able to try as many dresses as required. Definitely recommend.

I recently hired a lovely dress from dusk Till Dawn for a charity ball I was attending. It was the last place for me to try to find a suitable dress and I wish I had come here first! Preeti made me feel very welcomed and understood my dilemma and the colours I would like to wear. Settling for black, I tried on a black with silver jewel ballgown and it was gorgeous. I had a green sash and Preeti put it on me which finished the look. I received lots of compliments on my dress and I was most impressed with Preeti's knowledge and service. I would definitely hire my dresses from her for any future charity balls or parties I attend.

Good place to buy clothing for a special occasion. Happy to alter and accessorise your purchases. Owner is very helpful, knowledgeable and gives you plenty of her time to help you achieve that special dress etc.

Just been to this shop, when we arrived they were so friendly and helpful, asked what school I go to so that no one would get the same dress as me. After we had tried on a dress which was extremely over prices(230 odd pounds ) which was in the sale!!. She asked us our price limit and we said 100 they became extremely rude, completely turned their attitude around. After we put the dress back we said thank you to the man at the desk and he completely ignored us on purpose. Would not recommend and will not be going back there

The hired dress was beautiful and was the perfect match for my daughter after a long winded exhausting prom dress search. However the zipper split on leaving for my daughters prom. Upon returning the dress I was told by the owner that she had always been concerned my daughter would be too big for the dress and that she had told my husband we had to ensure she fitted in it and that I should have called. I (and the family friend present at the original fitting) remember only that we had talked about her not being able to fit if she would gain weight and how lovely she looked. I had paid there and then. My daughter has lost weight since then though and the dress fitted better than on the original fitting. It would have been nice if some of the loose sequins had been fixed upfront but it was manageable - so far all seemed well until she was about to leave. We had just finished taking pictures outside when the zipper split. I got a partial refund which is appropriate because zippers don't split unless they are weakened through use or material fatigue or failure. The low rating is simply due to the attitude shown upon dress return. Great customer service shows when things go wrong...

Wonderful choice of gowns in huge variety of colours and styles. Having spent many years working in the retail sector I understand and appreciate good service and found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Neither myself or my daughter felt under any pressure, indeed, we didn't buy on our first visit but on our return were remembered and our choices were also remembered. We especially like the way they ensure no two girls will end up in the same dress at prom. Both my daughter and myself have recommended this shop to friends who have also come away with gorgeous dresses. I have never felt compelled to write a review before, but after reading a less complementary review I wanted to offer an alternative view.
