I'm an instructor covering the area, and use the centre a lot... obviously. Facility is air conditioned, has 1 unisex toilet and 1 disabled - cleaned/serviced regularly, cold water fountain, intermittently has cups - bring a bottle - and chairs are comfy enough for a short wait. It's not the Hilton, it's a waiting room where you should be for 10 minutes, and is absolutely fit for purpose.

Poor facilities. Only a cold water drinking fountain and hit and miss if there's cups. Toilets never very clean and soap do Spencer hasn't worked for months.
