Staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. Their priority is to get you the right trainer not the most expensive one. Such a shame they no longer have the gait analysis service.
The store has a large number of good quality sport shoes models.
This service has been appalling. I ordered goods two weeks ago and they have yet to arrive. There has been a problem with the delivery service that DW sports have used. I have tried contacting DW sports on a number of occasions in relation to this however no one has got back to me to assist with the situation which is awful customer service in my eyes. Furthermore I am still waiting to receive my goods that I have paid for.
Staff never stop chatting to each other and giggling when I was waiting to be served and while being served. Not helpful to bissy chatty chatty
