Richard runs this small practice and usually has appointments available within a few days, when my back went he performed a mix of massage and acupuncture and I could walk again. I later broke a leg and helped with the rebalancing of limbs. Well recommended friendly guy and comfortable settings.

I had been suffering from shoulder and back pains for a while so decided I would see a sports therapist about it. I went to see Richard who was amazing.... He did a few tests to identify the source of the problem and then got to work on my back, even did cupping while I was there. I felt so good after the sports massage, really did wonders.
