Hiccups inevitably arise on occasion and whilst not everything necessarily went to plan initially, what counts is how issues are dealt with. E&A sorted everything professionally, quickly and put customer satisfaction at the heart of the whole process. I had the loviest man from A and E windows visit yesterday. The wind caught my patio door and Misaligned it. I left it for ages thinking I would need a new door, but half an hour of adjustments saved me a new door. I can highly recommend. Friendly, honest and genuinely great service. When it is time for new windows, I will be coming to you.
Over the years, I’ve had all new windows, doors (including front door) and a conservatory from E&A windows as well as some internal mirrors and a balustrade on the stairs. Excellent quality of product and fabulous finish. The window fitter, Adrian, was friendly, polite, professional and hard working. He arrived on time, worked very hard all day and then cleaned up after himself. A real asset to the company. I thought they were so good I recommended them to my mother and brother who went on to have replacement windows, a replacement front door and conservatory from them.
Erez came to quote and had very good ideas about what would work best. His price was very reasonable. The windows were installed exactly when he said. The workers were skilled, tidy and cheerful. The windows are great and the room is transformed. Great company can recommend absolutely. Thanks for a great job. Duncan

Arthur from A&E Windows recently fitted 2 sets of bi-fold doors for a home renovation project in North London. He worked closely with the architect and me (the interior designer), to provide the perfect solution for our client. A&E were the only company who tendered who ticked all the boxes for the height, the design, a special level threshold - and price point. Arthur was an absolute delight to work with, remaining cool during Covid and keeping in contact as our precious threshold was locked inside the supplier’s warehouse for 4 weeks! The fitting was spot on, the bi-folds look amazing and I would have no hesitation in recommending and using A&E for all my projects. Superb products and amazing service in testing times!
Delighted with the results. I got a number of quotes but was particularly impressed with Erez and Arthur. They came to measure and gave me several options for the work and how it would look. The manufacture and installation was quicker than originally quoted and the team of installers were friendly, efficient and cleaned up thoroughly when done.
