Firstly, the reception staff is so bad as they weren’t able to find my name on the system despite me giving all my documents they still couldn’t find me. I came there because I had heart problems (SVT) which I already knew I had, but on that day it was worse than usual. I had to wait too long considering my situation was a heart situation and they don’t do the proper evaluations needed to diagnose or check if it has worsen. Normally when I go to a hospital for this specific problem I normally stay 1 hr max but for here I had to wait around for 6 hours and I feared death due to the lack of care provided to me and my heart. Also, I was rudely accused of being illegal when I actually am legal and have been living here for 20 years and even after saying I wasn’t they wanted to charge me as they thought I was illegal. Do not recommend to go here.

They dont care about patients and the value of someone's life. People coming after me have been seen instantly and just because my pain is not visible they not recognising it as severe. The staff are rude and do not want to help you and ignore you if you go to the reception countet or nurse counter.

Freedom will win

Doctors are completely incompetent. Can't prescribe medications, haven't got a clue in prescribing. Don't even know when to order a scan. This failing has maybe cost my life and has certainly ruined it beyond comprehension. IF YOU CARE ABOUT LIVING PLEASE DO WHATEVER YOU CAN TO CARRY YOURSELF TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL. NEVER EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE COME HERE! WHEN YOU'RE PERMANENTLY DISABLED YOU WILL CRY OVER HOW EASILY YOU COULD HAVE FOUND THE WILL TO AVOID EALING HOSPITAL OR BADGERED YOUR PARENTS TO AVOID SENDING YOU THERE, YOUR LIFE AND HEALTH IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE SHORT TERM, ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT! IT'S TOO LATE FOR ME!

it is alway good, sorry for hearing those have bad experience, I prefer it than Charing Cross or other west london hospitals.
