I had a visit from Mary this afternoon. What a wonderful lady. I contacted her at very short notice with an impacted ear in pain and unable to hear. Mary done her very best to fit me in ASAP. On arrival she was very polite and friendly, and done a though questionnaire to make sure ear irrigation was for me and that I understood the process. She proceeded to set up why explaining everything she was doing. The ear irrigation was painless and I was made very comfortable. I can now hear clearly again. Thank you again Mary.
