I have had multiple (football related) injuries over the years and am currently 41. I broke 3 metatarsal (at 26) then Tibia and Fibia (28) and have subsequently had a left hip arthroscopy. I've tried various Physios and treatments over the last 10 years, but never got to full strength or correct body alignment until now. Kath has been great and I started to feel positive effects after only a few sessions. 6 months in and I am running further than I thought I ever would or could and feeling generally more active and agile. The combination of proper physio and MFR makes such a difference. I have literally hobbled into see Kath, using my mother's walking stick and walked out standing tall! HIGHLY recommended!
