Second purchase from Cooper Sunderland in two years ! The reason ? Great service from all , but a big shout to Lee Wilkinson once again ! He goes above and beyond and genuinely shows a willingness to help get you the best deal , both monetary and actually getting you into the right car for your needs ! Great service, an excellent experience from beginning to end , and a warm welcome upon arrival when picking your car up . A big thank you to Charlotte Morris too - she makes the whole financial side of things an absolute breeze ! The Service Couldn’t be more appreciative of the service that I received from Mini when looking to get a 48-hour test drive. Victoria went above and beyond to set up a test drive in a clubman I was looking for. I felt VERY welcome in Mini thanks to her! Even though it’s my first time ever stepping in their garage and myself being 21 I can’t fault how nice/easy the experience was. I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere especially at the garage I’m currently tied to with my own PCP so this was seriously refreshing. The Car - 1.5L Clubman Exclusive DSG I can't stress enough how much the car blew me and my dad away (I dragged him along for the experience for a second opinion mainly and his opinion completely changed on Mini) The level of comfort around town and on the motorway, vast amount of space for a family of 6' people, level of quality miles beyond anything in its class, all without losing the sporty driving feel Mini in known for. Sold on the fact that the car is the ultimate all-rounder and the best part is that it’s got so much character, something that I feel at least is lacking from all the alternatives in its class. You get in then smile and I love it. I absolutely see me in the next 6 months’ purchasing a Clubman and my dad surprisingly said he could also see him swapping his car.

I would highly recommend Cooper Sunderland MINI. I met Lee Wilkinson last Tuesday and had a test drive of a Cooper S. The Particular car I wanted to purchase was at Cooper Reading MINI. Lee arranged for the car to be brought up so I could purchase it at MINI Sunderland. This whole process was very smooth and the car arrived on the Friday. Lee did a Superb job of getting the car delivered as soon as possible, especially in the current situation. He is a MINI enthusiast and this shows with his product knowledge......
