Polite staff who arrive at the time they set. Didn’t manage to fix the problem as windows too old. Asked them to return to remove excess sealant (came the following day after reporting). Was informed it was moss & not excess sealant however I’m unsure why this wasn’t removed when the window was removed in the first place & prior to being reseated.
