I've been a regular customer for a long time. Due to the Black Friday sale I wanted to stock up on supplies. I was sent the items which had a really short expiry date (3 months). I wrote an email explaining that the expiry date would mean I wouldn't be able to use them all in time and they would lose their effectiveness, so I asked for them to be swapped with ones which have a longer expiry date. The reply that was sent by Nancy to me was rude and unhelpful, and it stated that they would be “fine” even after the expiry date. When I asked afterwards if she believe the potency of an almost expired product and the products with 2 years shelf life are the same, she did not reply - and they are not. So I wrote an email in which I stated the intention of returning the unused supplements. The response I have received was "Sure but you will not get a refund. There was nothing wrong with the pack". This is against the law, as their policy does state that I have the right to return unused products and get a full refund within 30 days. Only when I made her aware of their own policy she said "ok". Due to the seller being unjust I decided not to actually return it as I imagine another excuse for not giving the refund would be found. To conclude, very rude and dishonest sellers which abuse the Black Friday promotions to empty their stock and send out old supplies. It is not fair and should at the very least be stated before being sold which was not the case.

Highest quality supplements in the UK. They have been leading the line for 50 years in terms of standard of manufacturing. They may cost more then average product off the shelf at Holland and Barrett but looking at their methods of manufacturing it's clear why.

Simple, high-quality vitamins, no fillers, great service. Ordered lots during a sale late one Friday morning and it all arrived next day. G&G use folate and B12 in the methylated forms for easy uptake, even in their ordinary B complex, and Vit E, Vit A and Vit D are all in body-identical forms for better assimilation. Capsules are easy to swallow and easy to empty out as powder if you want. They regularly update their range but the standbys like Cal-Mag, A&D and B-complex are always there. Just a very, very good vitamin supplier.
