Excellent professional service. Was treated/consulted by Mr Elalfy Mohamed and his assistant technician in the ophthalmology department. They were both very accomodating and knowledgable; felt that every element of the treatment was done right first time, there was no second guessing whatsoever. Was aslo impressed with the infrasturcture and facility at a glance; very clean and well organised. Highly recommended.

Excellent care by all the staff who really looked after myself and my wife, whilst I underwent surgery on a knee injury the staff took great care of my wife as well! The nurses are really kind and considerate as are the doctors who answered all my questions and took great care and consideration! My overall experience was exemplary! Thank you all!

I have had many cosmetic procedures over the last few years at different hospitals so I have some good comparisons... the care I received at the McIndoe has definitely been the best so far. The staff were really, really lovely. The processes, from pre-op through to follow-ups, all felt really thorough and professional. Communication was great from beginning to end. I just felt generally well looked after and made to feel comfortable at all times - never an inconvenience. If I could suggest an improvement then the catering standard could be a little higher. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, I have just had better elsewhere. Thank you to all the nurses and theatre staff who took care of me.

I can not speak highly enough of the staff. They were absolutely amazing when my wife stayed recently. The facilities were immaculate. The only thing I would say is they could definitely do in investing in updating the bedrooms.

After seeing another one of The Mclndoe Centre surgeons Dr Martin Jones, I can gladly say my faith in plastic surgery has been restored. He is amazing. I couldn't ask for a more. He has sent me for tests and is continuing to support me with my breast augmentation. He has to be the best breast surgeon I have met, and he works at the Mclndoe centre. I'm still unhappy with the rhinoplasty I had done hear, but that is something I hope to deal with this year.
