I’d say this company were good-and they were- but unfortunately their aftercare, and subcontractor management overshadows any good work! Their sub-contractor did not remove their scaffolding until several days after the event, and unfortunately this was after the point money had exchanged hands. When removing the scaffolding, the sub-contractor damaged my fence. Upon raising this issue with the roofing company, they promised quick resolution-several times! Now, several months after the original work, and after several attempts to contact, I’m left writing this review, as they have failed to resolve the problem, or further acknowledge my broken fence. This is appalling customer service in all honesty, and on that alone, I wouldn’t recommend.
Shane arrived on the day he had promised to come, he and his mate carried out skilled work on roof, guttering and some pointing. Cleaned up all mess afterwards, and gave expert advice. Highly recommended.
we asked this company to fix a leak on our roof which they did however when the roof leaked again a few days later they would only rectify the problem at a addition cost and they lost contact with us so we ended up paying 500 and still having a roof with a leak
