Can't see what all the negatively is. Always on the job, doing the best with the resources. Great bunch of guys. Running highways isn't cheap people. Too much concentration on singular issues here and not a fair review on the overall service.

Very poor web based service. I have tried many times since moving here 18 months ago to register road problems. After many attempts eventually got a drain looked at that was causing flooding of my home. They did not fix the problem as they said it was working fine and didn't consider the amount of water running over the curb and into my garage and kitchen. Tried again this week to use their system and report badly overgrown allotment that has nettles and brambles right over the footpath to the road causing me to be clipped by cars twice having to walk in the road.... system just says its not working, try later.

I have been reporting a visual obstruction on Burnt Oak Rd/Tibbs Mill Lane/Fordbrook Hill intersection in Rotherfield since June 2019. I included a photograph as well. ESH have told me that they had someone go look at my complaint and agreed with me, that the over hanging trees do in fact block your view at the give way intersections. Then they said they couldn't find the land owner. I found out who the land owner is and emailed ESH the information and still FA has been done! Although ESH have my details there is no response from them to date, 4 months on. Useless!

Pothole caused damage to my car. It wasn’t any pothole, 10 cars in 2 days had been damaged because of this pothole but East Sussex highways said the pothole wasn’t at any danger to anyone. They stopped replying to my emails and messages via social media. Unless!
