Akemi Nagaya

Very poor customer service. They are not well trained and don't seems to know how to do a simple refund. Because of this, they are very reluctant to help you - i.e. they will tell you to do the refund by post as they don't want the shop till to crash... unbelievable... I won't shop here agaian - at least untill the staff have been changed.
