There was nobody on the gym floor as apparently they were cleaning machines and a machine wasnt working. Been a member for over 20 years but disappointed by the service I received for the price I am paying.

Really sad to write this review because the gym/cleaning/bar/pool staff are excellent and always helpful. Sadly the incompetent administration and membership team let the gym down which is a lovely facility that’s clearly invested in. They don’t answer emails or phone calls and don’t understand how to answer questions promptly or coherently! David Lloyd please train up this part of your business- they relate letting down the club and your clients!!

Good place and good people but often too busy and private classes occupy equipment which should be available to all. To me that is the gym selling access to equipment that is far too often impossible to access. I will not be continuing with my subscription here unless this changes.

great place to play pool, pen pin bowling and arcade and also lazer quest if that's your thing. food is very avaerage on taste and quantity unless your eating a plater

Red is one of the most incredible members of staff i have ever had the pleasure to encounter. she was there for me whenever i had a question regarding lockers, swimming caps, and squash balls. I love this place and can't wait to return.
