It was unconventional. And after visiting I realised it was definatly not what I was looking for it's all done by him lifting your arms and seeing how much pressure you can out on his hand while having different bottle of allergens on your chest. I do feel he was affecting how hard I was pushing just so he could get the results he desired. Far too expensive for what it's worth. Personally I feel ripped off. I would not recommend to anyone. Also very very dated interiors and the room feels like a chamber. With pinks sinks and old wooden furniture and ancient carpets.

A relief from tinnitus and an end to migraines! After years of suffering from very loud tinnitus, and a full two months of almost end to end migraines I went to see Janie. I'd had both ailments since a very young age. Janie was very honest and said that tinnitus was almost impossible to cure, but that she'd give it a go. I only had two sessions with her. In both sessions she performed the \epley manoeuvre\ to put right anything that may be causing balance issues in my ears - this seems to have lessened my tinnitus to a completely tolerable level. Janie combined this with some gentle encouragement to talk about where any head trauma may have occurred, but which I may have either forgotten about or thought insignificant. This led to a completely unexpected outpouring of grief and anxiety I had apparently held onto since hitting my head hard in a playground fall as a small child. All of my migraines have always emanated from this trauma to my head - I had never made this connection before. Since the treatments with Janie - now over four months ago - I have not had a migraine headache since, and the ever-present \tightness\ I had in the back of my head has gone for the first time in over 40 years. Thank you Janie - you were marvellous!
