We bought a second hand car via Hendy and the service was exceptional. We feel this was all down to Ros: we found her calm, professional and communicative, even on her days off. Very different to the usual car sales person you encounter. There was no pressure to buy and a fresh MOT and two high quality tyres were put on the vehicle before we even requested them.
