Had a new boiler installed by these chaps. Turned up when they said they would and carried out a seemingly very good job. Neat pipe work and all for a reasonable price. The lad was polite and helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. Our home is lovely and warm now and we have a ten year guarantee to boot.

I run and manage holiday lets and a guest complained of the gushing toilet. Julian the plumber arrived identified the issue immediately and how to rectify it. After leaving a temporary solution returned the following day to fix it. All completed while guests were out and with no real disruption to them. Excellent service and would definitely use again

Overpriced on a job involving replacing a gas boiler and a shower. Staff that did the job were pleasant but didn't have the appropriate qualifications for working on a gas installation. The boss Julian had a Gas Safe ticket but rarely attended, leaving his people to work unsupervised. Paid his invoice in full at the end of the job. But six months later still no Certification. Julian to this day hasn't provided me with this. Gas Safe inspected and issued a list of remedial work including fixing a gas leak, but Julian took four weeks to offer an appointment and then only if I paid for the additional materials. Awful service and general attitude. Leaking gas is quite serious. I had to get another firm to do the remedial work and get the property certificated. I could never recommend this business.
