Great surgery, all doctors surgeries are busy so you may wait a little longer once in a while but I've been well looked after.

The receptionists are deceptionists. Complete lack of service. Don't think the doctors are aware of the bad attitude which greets people here
Went to pick up a prescription receptionist said that it was at the pharmacy without checking. It wasn't at the chemists so had to walk best part of a mile with breathing difficulties back to slurgery to collect the prescription which was printed out 4 days earlier so it had been at the surgery all along. Just bone idle and frankly rude. Sloppy and unhelpful
No apology for being 35 minutes late. I had last appointment apparently. The GP Couldn't wait to go home. Not interested in the patients
The receptionist here is a lazy liar
The doctors and support staff, ie. Nurses, admin and dispensary are always and without exception, courteous, professional in every sense of the word, and willing to go the extra mile to provide advice and medical care as and when required. This has been my experience over the last 17 years that me and my family has been in their care. Thank you all..
