This morning I had a 'wow' moment! Every now and then a business does something that impresses. I wanted boxes to pack glasses for our move. I googled and found Glassjacks. I emailed to ask if the order could be for next day delivery. I had a very friendly, helpful email exchange, placed the order, emailed to confirm and about 8:30 am this morning the delivery arrived. Great service and the product is good too!

I was delighted with the prompt, polite and professional service and not forgetting the fabulous quality of the glasses. There was a slight hiccup with delivery but this was dealt with immediately and resolved instantly. Fantastic service and excellent product. I needed an alternative solution for storing glassware when moving house. Tired of packing in bubble wrap and placing in odd-sized boxes. So, a quick search and came across Glassjacks. Lightweight but strong boxes with clear dimensions provided. Ordered 2 different sizes and they arrived very quickly. They were perfect for the task and stacked well too. Immediately ordered one extra box and I'm sure i will be back for more. Great product and great value.

I was so impressed with this company. Even during the COVID crisis, the delivery time was super quick. I messed up the order and got the wrong size box, but the customer service team replaced it with no quibble or charge for my error. I would not hesitate to recommend - I decided to buy direct rather than use Amazon and am so glad I did.
