Horrendous landlord, never answer phones or messages, sends gas engineers out without the legally required 24 hour notice. Sent one out with keys and told him to access the property while I was out, no notice and no letter giving the legally required 7 days notice of intent to gain access. When he couldn't gain access he turned the gas off at the meter in -5 degree weather. Ignoring the legality of this issue, the fact that I am disabled shows the complete lack of empathy and human compassion.

Avoid this morally and ethically contemptible company. Left numerous voicemail messages, commencing 1 June 2020, with regards to a vacant commercial property in Irvine Town Centre. Not one voicemail was replied to, property now let. Deal with a proper professional agent/owner instead. Property proposal was for another coffee shop to replace the former cafe. Allegedly deemed this unsuitable yet, what is opening in its place? A dog friendly cafe. Owner couldn't lie straight in his bed at night!
