I've had numerous problems with their products, mainly my shower screen.! I've now had 3 different fitters install the same screen and it still leaks from the bottom corner where it joins to the tiles. Personally I feel its the shower screen not sealed into its unit properly from the manufacturer. I have had other issues delt with and helped out alot. Which is a good thing, their customer service is great. Think about what your buying first, maybe look at reviews to see if the products have had bad reviews.
