All materials that I've bought from here have been spot on unfortunately the delivery driver can't seem to place the materials where we asked and just left them on public land, damaging my edging stones, I rang the office and spoke to lady and was told I would here back, heard nothing poor customer service I prefer to use local companies will not be using these again.

Sorry it’s a long one! So in short the manager is more than rude, serves who she wants, when she wants, doesn’t care who she upsets and has a complete lack of respect for anyone! We Had a terrible experience yesterday when my dad (who was invited into the yard a few days previously to pick out what he needs) arrived to collect some supplies, he was informed due to social distancing he couldn’t come in as there were other customers but that he would be served next and to wait outside (fair enough) the customers left as a delivery turned up so my dad waited and waited whilst the deliveries were unloaded... one hour later having waited patiently only to be told to wait more and more time he approached the manager (Amy I believe her name is) who rudely dismissed him and explained he would no longer be served until ‘tomorrow morning’ as they’re just too busy. So having watched him waiting around for a full hour she then decided to turn him away. I rang the main branch to make a complaint as I was utterly shocked and disgusted at the way he had been not only treated but spoken to. I was assured my complaint would be raised and I would receive a call back, surprisingly this hasn’t happened. Later that day when the place was quiet I approached the yard and the young gentleman out in the yard explained he’d get the manager to see if I could have the order. Five minutes later she appeared and now expressed that we wouldn’t be receiving the order and that they are no longer serving the public! Again another unjustice! Shortly afterwards I also witnessed her expressing her annoyance at the fact she’d had a rough day due to ‘idiots turning up and asking stupid questions’ To be quite frank at the end of this pandemic, when all the wonderful ‘trade’ customers have returned to their normal suppliers I’ll be shocked if there’s many public customers returning due to the distinct ignorance and poor customer service this place offers!
