Excellent company! Couldn’t get the measurements quite right so they sent an engineer out to check them, turned up bang on time for the installation and only took him 35 minutes to complete the job! No mess and no noise! Would definitely recommend them

Excellent service. Organised, knowledgeable and prompt. Mark and Sally went out of their way to aid us getting an elderly relative home from hospital. The stairlift is great, good quality and well fitted. Would highly recommend them.
Firstly, I couldn't believe stair lifts were available for hire and this is life changing for me and my family as it means my disabled mum can visit our home! The service from Easystep Stairlifts was second to none, the stair lift was fitted very easily with a great explanation on how to use it. I highly recommend Easystep Stairlifts.

Wonderful service. Very professional and efficient - needed to rent a stairlift quickly and it was installed within a week. Sally was really helpful getting everything in place and gave fantastic and useful advice. The engineer was really careful, didn’t leave any mess at all, wore his mask and kept a safe distance at all times. He cleaned and sanitised everything and went through all settings and what to do about error codes and general maintenance etc. Very very happy with service overall.
