Ordered a hoover tumble drier. It took six days to come ten miles from the hoover dist centre and I was asked to wait another two days for them to deliver it a mile from troys to my home. Went and got it myself. Nice staff but the delivery system needs a turbo charge to keep up with other firms like AO and very.
Noticed freezer broke down this morning, contents still frozen except the bread. Phoned Troy Electrical at 0830, looked at fridge/freezers on their site whilst talking to sales person, he said they could deliver it by 0900hrs, Van pulled up outside house at 0906hrs, Freezer unwrapped and plugged in and he took all the rubbish with him as well. What wonderful service, ordered and delivered in 36 minutes, absolutely excellent.
