The team's service from the get go has been above and beyond. In particular Craig L, Craig M, Aimee, Gary and Jay who have all been incredible throughout the quotation, order and installation process. In particular i would like to highlight their after care service. We couldn't express how approachable, proactive and in particular - the level of care and pride the team take in their work. Even post installation, when we had a query about our slider Aimee without hesitation arranged for Gary and the team to come out again to the site and inspect the slider. We were blown away by the dedication and effort they took to ensure our query was resolved. When ordering at this level, you hope the after care is of high standard but i would like to particularly call out the team truly do take care of their customers and go above and beyond to ensure as clients they delivered a high quality service. If you are thinking about going elsewhere, i'd suggest re-thinking because these guys will truly ensure your windows / doors are all fitted to the highest professional level.

Firstly I would recommend the internorm window and happy with the quality of these but the service from Ecohaus is shockingly bad. The initial installation was delayed due to covid which is understandable but when your told they don't actually know where your windows are its a bit concerning to say the least and it sets off alarm bells. First installation was done 16.06.2020 and the window installation still isn't completed to this date (20.10.2020). Econekt who install the windows for Ecohaus have been on site for approx. 20 days. Issue from installation process so far: 1. Front door the wrong size. 2. Side door the wrong size. 3. Front door panel wrong size. 4. Installation teams not provided proper lifting equipment. 5. Installation teams not adhering to covid guidelines. 6. Window frame the wrong frame width. 7. Two windows cracked. 8. Damage to window seals. 9. Edge foam missing. 10. Damage to building house wrap. 11. Temp packers not removed on completion (see picture). 12. Missing hinge covers. 13. Missing bolt cover caps. 14. Tight closing windows. 15. Windows installed off the square (see picture) 16. Installation teams turning up to site without proper tooling / materials. 17. Damage to beading trims. 18. Missing beading trims. 19. Trims installed off the square (see picture). 20. Door installed in wrong positions (because they actually fitting this way instead of the position they were meant to be installed). Do yourself a favour and avoid Ecohaus.

EcoHaus Internorm recently installed all the windows and doors for our new build house and we're very pleased with the end result. The quality is superb and they look lovely. Very impressed with the knowledgeable and helpful sales service. Fitters were fantastic and took such care to do a good job. Only one issue - Internorm's fault - but EcoHaus have worked so hard to resolve it to our satisfaction - thank you very much. Would definitely recommend. This week our replacement glazed panels were finally fitted. So pleased that Pedro and Josh did this - they are friendly, helpful, professional and really care about doing things well. They're a great asset to EcoHaus.

The team at Ecohaus Internorm based in Nailsworth have been outstanding. From our very first point of contact to installation day and beyond, they have been extremely knowledgeable, willing to sort out any issue and at an exceptional pace. Choosing windows for an entire self build was very daunting for us, we approached a number of companies over many months until we found Ecohaus Internorm. The installation went smoothly and Pedro and his team of installers were highly skilled, polite and had great attention to detail. Naturally there were a few very minor issues, which were identified immediately and confirmed to be sorted (one of them being our mistake – not there’s and they were happy to help correct it). Great service and we love our new windows. Thank you!

Ecohaus recently fitted the doors and windows on 3 contemporary new builds for me. The end result is fantastic quality and value for money ( which isnt the same as cheap! From the sales team working honestly and openly working through options, then the ordering and detailing team and finally the fitters, it has been a pleasure to work with them
