Arranged a visit to provide a quote to install a stove. Had to take morning off work to fit into their availability. They didn't show up, but emailed later that day to rearrange for another date. Then no-showed for the second appointment (me having taken another morning off work) and I haven't heard from them since. Wouldn't bother wasting your time with this company

I had a fireplace installed about 15 years ago, and over the winter the liner inside the chimney split, so one of Eddies team came round and tested the pressure of the chimney to make sure it was safe, it wasn't safe to use so Eddie and his team came down and fitted a brand new liner with a 25 year warranty so I don't have to worry about having this done again for a long time. Very happy with the haste Eddie and his team displayed to help me and I will definitely be returning my services in the future

Slow service, slow replies, lack of urgency or commitment. I would not use this company if you plan to have anything done with your fireplace in less than a year's time. Just trying to get a reply email or phone call is nearly impossible, I honestly don't know how this company stays open.
