Five star business. Eddie & Slyvia created a business respected by chefs all over the UK and beyond. Having shopped with them from their beginning, I am aware of their following with customers travelling from miles around to buy the freshest of shellfish and wild fish. The new owners are quickly finding their feet and continuing the tradition of selling fabulous fresh wild fish and shellfish. Long may the tradition continue.

This was my first but not my last visit to Eddies. I was very impressed by the display particularly the live lobster tank. I cannot think of another fishmonger in Edinburgh with one. The service was quick, efficient and friendly. First Class Business All Round.

Campbell and his team have made a fantastic job of taking over this famous fish and seafood emporium, which was a tall order after Eddie. The gin and beetroot infused salmon at Christmas was excellent. I believe Campbell plans to source more specialities like this in the future..certainly worth looking out for. This is by far the best the most superior fish specialist retailer in Edinburgh .
