Crisp and clean, no dividers on desks and looked open and deserted at the same time. It is not obvious were to park particularly for the MG part. I had pre provided information to get a quote when I arrived that information had not been read. The person dealing with me was fairly well informed, helpful and familiar with electric vehicles. The cars were all in crisp condition as expected. No coffee was offered on arrival not that that is important but it seems de rigeur.

This place is a joke, customer service when you walk through the door is great until you purchase a car which they don’t have in stock which they don’t tell you until you’ve actually made the purchase. Now they keep giving us excuse after excuse and have left us waiting.
Really disappointed that I have travelled to the outlet village now three times to look at the mg’S on display. Not a soul to be found to help me. Asked pete what time someone would arrive today but he said no one has been here for weeks and the car are just collecting dust and they don’t even answer the phone when they have rung. Sat around for two hours and no one arrived to open the cars so they don’t seem to be interested in selling them. Are they for sell ? ? ? ?
