Excellent service in the branch and always a friendly welcome from the guy in the store. I buy a few different items from time to time for my father who suffers from dementia. Even if I'm not buying anything like today the guy always steps to the door to say hello and ask me how things are. Eden Darlington is a 5 star service!

this place must get five stars. for the fantastic service from Sam and Linda and the big male lovely boss. this is a lovely place to go for a chat , you may even get a sweetie. the prices are good for what ever you need to buy. they all took good care of my fathers needs Mr William Munro before he passed away last year. I should be hired to rack in the sales at Eden mobility. I'd be excellent. Eden mobility is the go-to place for mobility mobiles, no matter your situation, get yourself a mobility scooter not only at a great price, but without judgement too. Eden mobility is the greatest shop in the entirety of Darlington and to not pay a visit is comparable to not showering. Stop being childish and go there today for a fantastic experience.
Suprised at large amount of equipment in one local store, but i didnt like having no peace or time to look at items i wanted to buy without the shop assistant wanting to help every few minutes. We decided to leave and go to another mobility store and purchase items in peace....shame they have good items, may try again when needing items as every store is worth a second chance.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The steel wheelchair I bought for my Mom was solid enough, but folding mechanism was damaged by lying on its side in the car boot and the guarantee didn't cover it. Staff very apologetic, but the repair was 30 less than a year after buying a 200 chair. I'd go back, but be wary of what I bought. A 300 chair we bought Dad several years ago is still going strong despite being layed on its side on the car!
