How service should be. I am a first time customer to 'Telescope House'. A benchmark of how customer service and online shopping should be. From the moment i had the initial contact giving sensible advice on the best telescope for my needs, to the speedy delivery service. There was an issue where part of the order was missing but a quick e-mail and fast response time meant i was not concerned about my issue. The missing item was delivered within a week, and therefore deserves a 5* review. I look forward to dealing with you again soon.
