Excellent service,I dropped my machine off ,,with social distancing in place .and picked it up a few days later I am very happy for the service I received as it came with a lot of advice and good humour.I would recommend to everyone.
No knowledge about my puff machine, opened and damaged the side of the machine and charged 50 just to say “I can’t fix it”. Was unable to assemble it back together. Have only just discovered there are only 2 authorised puff machine repairers in the uk and he is not one of them.
Excellent service and repair of my sewing machine and now runs like new! Was even showed how to do simple maintenance to keep it running smoothly! Very impressed.
Got our Dyson hoover and Bernina sewing machine repaired and serviced. Both working great now. Even got a lesson on maintaining our sewing machine! Great personal service!!
