I contacted this solicitor company with a query and to recommend a potential client. When speaking with the snobby receptionist to ask to be put through to a solicitor regarding the matter at hand, she put me on hold... or so she thought. I heard the receptionist slate me to one of the solicitors who I needed to speak to, in return he said to tell me that he was unavailable. When confronting the receptionist she then said “I should have been more helpful and she would not have said anything.” This shows the true colours of this firm. A solicitors firm who are nice to your face and rude behind your back. Extremely disappointed with this poor level of service.
