Delivery was quick and easy. They didn't waste any time and contacted me before they arrived. Kept within the time slot.
If there was a chance to give no stars at all I would have done so. We bough a bed from them in July along with a mattress. The delivery date changed 3 times for an item which we paid for in full in advance at the time of the purchase in addition to 35.00 to pick up the old mattress. When we finally got fed up and called the store, the person who was available could not help, she had no authority to check where the order is and where we can go to seek help. She told us the queue to Customer Services line has a 40 minutes waiting time and she refused to phone them. We had to ask for an e-mail to be sent to us to confirm our delivery is delayed as we got a call from the delivery team who were not the Customer Services team and they tried to put us through to them but he waiting was long. Finally we called the Customer Services team and after 57 minutes we got through to them. They first wanted to charge us 20% of the price but then we pushed and they realised it is a mistake and illegal. So they agreed to refund the money on the same day. Then they called us and said the system is locked so they issued a refund the following day after we phoned them. This is a shame, I will complain about the store and the shop to Trading Standards. The lady from the warehouse told us that the bed is not even made! How can you take an order and money and 8 weeks later not even have the product built? They told us if we wait until the 25th September or after the bed MAY arrive but no definite ETA. Why are you exploiting vulnerable people? If we did not speak good English and did not persuade them we had been charged 20%. Rude staff specially the store staff, I had to remind the lady on the store phone that I am not her husband because she was arguing with me, instead of helping me!

Been told on the delivery day that half of my order has been discontinuos. I've spoken with store manager for refund, nothing has happened. Spoken 10 days later with main office and been promised to have my money back asap, 5 days later no sign of communication no money nothing......
Because I have not re ordered a bed , you owe me a refund

The delivery was a over a month late, the delivery men tried to refuse to collect the old mattress, which we paid for collection and was given a green plastic by the Cricklewood store to cover it . We were not told that assembly of the bed was not included, which will cost us a further 65 pounds, if we knew this we would have arranged it at the time of purchase.
