The old valet parking was fabulous. We could drop off our vehicle at the entrance to the airport, and pick it up on our return. The new setup is a poor reflection of this. Please go back to providing your previous service.

Because of airport upgrading work my booking with valet parking had to be changed. Hence my grading of only 4 stars. I was given a refund of part of my booking charge because of this change and was rebooked to the multi-storey. Although I was sorry not to come back to a cleaned car, the process went well. My only difficulty occurred on departure when the machine informed me of the charge (225!) A quick call at the barrier where they could see my car number plate verified my altered booking and I passed safely out of the car park. The whole experience was smooth and friendly. I’m sure the star rating will be 5 next time as I look forward to using the valet service once the alterations are complete and wish the company continued success.
