Great company that provides a friendly but very processional service at extremely competitive prices. They provide a quotation that is final. No extras added. Small local business so no huge overheads to cover. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Alcatraz locksmiths.

Friendly, professional nice down to earth guy. Free call outs, up-front pricing before doing the job, on time, good value and good work. Couldn't rate highly enough. Had two locks repaired the second one didn't need repairing even though I couldn't get it to open and he didn't charge me for the call out.
Very pleased. Danny phoned back as promised, arrived on time as agreed, did a super job replacing my front door lock (and suggesting a far more secure and cheaper idea) at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.
An excellent job done by Danny at Alcatraz Locksmiths. Contacted in the morning and he arranged to come by in the afternoon. A very friendly and helpful man, who completed the job efficiently and without mess or fuss. Replaced a very old and broken 'Yale' style door lock fitting for a very reasonable price and cut us an extra key on the spot for 5. All done in half an hour tops. Would 10/10 recommend.
