The amber restaurant which take place under the whiskey museum is a lovely place. The food is really tasty and you could find good Scottish specialties. The waitress was really nice and gave me some tips about the city. Everything was perfect ! I recommend this place (As well as the whiskey museum tour).
Never been to the restaurant before, usually just the bar but it was amazing. Grabbed a got chocolate thing with infused smoked whiskey and was honestly surprised how nice it tasted. Service was good and I love what they did with the place, reccomend anyone who wants to visit to book before going. Just as a guarantee. Well worth it!

The restaurant that specializes in serving different kinds of gin and whiskey in different places of Scotland. They have a menu for whiskey alone and they segregate each bottle of whiskey according to their place. They serve food as well. The staff are very friendly and acccomodating. The follows the health guidelines to protect the customers and establishment.
After visiting the Edinburgh castle my friends and I went for a spot of lunch here. Great food and service. We tried the lamb stew (I think that’s what it was called) veggie haggis and haggis which were all so flavoursome and really filling. A real authentic Scottish lunch and I even tried some whiskey which was recommended by a waitress. This is also where the Scottish whiskey experience is, so if like us you weren’t able to book the tour, I’d definitely recommend to go here for lunch/dinner as they have a whiskey bar downstairs which hundreds of different bottles.
Best restaurant I've been to in years. The food was magnificent! I had to give my compliments to the chef. Service was great also. Toilets were totally clean also. Overall a perfect experience. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you're in Edinburgh.
