I ordered my 84 year old mother a mini cake for her birthday. No one answered the doorbell and the driver returned to the shop with the cake. The shop called me up to let me know what had happened and organised a re-delivery by taxi. My mother is delighted with her surprise cake and I am SO grateful to Bibi's Bakery for the customer service. The cake is delicious too!!
Bought a rainbow birthday cake, had it delivered to the house. The cake was huge (!) and tasted amazing- such lovely delicate sponge, so gorgeous, and beautiful buttercream icing. Amazing! Loved it.
As a surprise, my partner bought me the Chocolate and Orange Birthday Cake for my special day this week - Thursday 26th November. It was a wonderful surprise to have such an amazing - looking cake inscribed to me and all lit up with candles plus slices of chocolate orange. However, I am afraid the chocolate cake was dry and the icing far too sweet. All we could taste was sugar, sugar, sugar. It was very disappointing indeed.
