I was really stuck when I decided to book a coaching session with Alison. After our initial conversation I booked a 6 session block: one of the best decision I've ever made! It was life changing! Alison is very skilled guiding me through the whole process and helping me discover a whole set of limiting beliefs that were holding me back. It's like a smoke screen lift up and I could see clearly. Highly recommended! I would also recommend to book the block of 6 sessions as the breakthrough doesn't come on the first one and the fact that you book 6 makes you more committed.
