Had my ESA assessment today. The lady assessor was very kind and didn't push me, had a friendly demeanour and was sensitive to the fact I was struggling. we discussed my long term health condition and it was okay when my brain stopped working, or I started getting a bit confused/lost. We even had a laugh over the tape recorder. The centre itself is very small and was tricky to find as it's within another centre called Citibase, on the corner of Queen Street in West End. There was a considerable wait but it didn't matter too much.. just bear this in mind if you are paying for parking. Overall, it wasn't the scary experience I was expecting and having a lovely assessor made it all so easy :-)
