Number 2 apartment in Rutland Place is our favourite in all of Edinburgh and we love staying here whenever we can. It is always beautifully presented and super clean. Comfortable and spacious, we recommend it highly.

The flat was nice, and well furnished and the location could not be bettered - a hidden gem of a Georgian square yards from the west end of Prines Street. Ony two things stopped it being a a five star experience: an email telling me the car park was full and then a second one asking for my car details for the parking space I'd booked. I had booked a space, but somewhere else. The cost of a space at Rutland Square, at 15 a day, is also pretty steep. The space I found, a 5 minute walk away, was less than half that. The other drawback was a little bit of attention to detail that was missing. The handle on the wc door fell off, as it was missing a screw, and the toiletries in the shower were hard to use, as the amount that came out when the plunger was pressed was miniscule. If Destiny could pay a little more attention to these sorts of things the Rutland flats would be perfect!
